Q. How do I buy the pottery pieces?

Q. What is included in my pottery kit?
A. Everything that you will need to paint your pottery is included in the kit. Your pottery, glaze, paint brushes, palette, water bowl, color chart, sponge, and instructions. Also included is a "painting tips" sheet that will help guide your through your painting.
Q. How do I get my pottery once I place my order?
A. Once your order is placed, I will send you a confirmation email with the date of delivery. I will deliver the pottery kit to your front porch (or other designated area) on the specified delivery date.
Q. What days are deliveries made?
A. Deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Fridays, between the hours of 9am-3pm. For more information on deliveries, click here.
Q. What happens when I am finished painting my pottery?
A. Once you are finished painting your item(s), click here or find the "order pick up" tab and check out. Place all kit contents back into the pottery kit, along with your pottery and place it on your front porch or other designated area on the day of pick up. I will pick up your pottery, fire it and deliver your finished item(s) back to you in about 7-10 days.
Q. How long does it take to get my finished pottery back?
A. It will take about 7-10 days to get your pottery.
Q. Can I put my pottery in the dishwasher? The microwave?
A. Yes, to both the dishwasher and microwave, but it isn't recommended. You will receive care instructions along with your finished pottery to know how to best care for it.
Q. What about sanitation?
A. Everything in the pottery kit will be cleaned and sanitized between customer deliveries.
